Informatics@CIT, founded in 2010, is an interdisciplinary research group of scientists from the Departments of Biological and Computing at Cork Institute of technology. The team conducts cutting edge research in the fields of Bioinformatics, Health-informatics and Agri-informatics. We have strong collaborative links with UCC APC, CUH and Teagasc amongst others and are funded both nationally and internationally.
Specific areas of interest include:

- Systems Biology
The team is also engaged in education and outreach at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.
